Jerome Fonteneau Managing Partner

Jerome has over 20 years’ experience in venture capital investment having worked as a director for European Technology Ventures, PL Capital, and Harbert EG Capital. He originated, negotiated, structured, and executed investments in TMT sectors across Europe and was also a board observer for 25+ companies such as Adeunis SA, Sendinblue SA, Linkfluence SA, Scality SA, Studitemps Gmbh and Sequans SA. He has experience across many business models and verticals across sectors spanning Enterprise Software, Martech, Fintech, Medtech, SaaS B2B/B2C and platforms. Additionally, Jerome has experience as an entrepreneur having successfully exited from two start-ups sold to a trade buyer and a private equity fund respectively. Fluent in French and English he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs optimise their capital road map to scale their companies. He has a Maths and Management science degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and technology (UMIST) as well as being a member of the ICAEW and FCA qualifying with PwC in London.
